Job Role:-Customer Service Associate
- That is, the role of supporting customers and providing solutions if they encounter any problems.
- Interacting with customers at all times is very important in this role.

Key Responsbilities:-
- Provide solutions to customers through emails and calls every day
- If any problem arises and a customer raises a ticket, you need to track and resolve it.

Required Skills:-

- You need to be able to speak English, Telugu, and Hindi well. You don’t know what language your customers speak.
- You have to be honest and courageous to speak up because that’s what customer support is all about.
- Display good manners when talking to customers.

Salary Details
